At Redmond’s Forge, LEGO has always been about more than bricks. It’s about the people behind the builds, the friendships forged over trades, the laughter during family hauls, and the countless stories told around a table piled with set, minifigs and plates. That’s why we created the Redmond’s Forge LEGO Wall of Fame, a living tribute to the community that makes this journey possible.
Today, we are proud to announce the first 10 inductees to the Wall of Fame. Each will have their name engraved on a LEGO tile, their minifigure placed proudly on the wall, and their story celebrated both on our site and in the credits of our videos. This group represents the heart of Redmond’s Forge, founders, haulers, enablers, legendary AFOLs, and sellers who have passed treasures into our care. I have given myself honourary membership.
The Founders of the Forge
Jill
Founder, AFOL, and Enabler. Every collection needs its secret hero, the one who encourages the madness, buys the sets, and ensures the rest of us have bricks to build with. Jill has been that driving force for Redmond’s Forge, making sure no good deal ever slips through our fingers.
Luke
Founder & Expert Hauler. At just 7 years old, Luke is already a force in our LEGO community. He loves Minecraft LEGO and dreams of building a sprawling LEGO City within the Forge. If you’ve ever seen us on the road for a haul, you can bet Luke was there, planning where the next set will go.
Rose
Founder & Expert Hauler. At 4 years old, Rose brings joy and determination to every trip. She loves LEGO Friends and has her sights set on creating a huge Heartlake City in the Forge. Rose ensures every haul is fun, colourful, and family-centred.
The Legendary AFOLs
Mark Redmond
AFOL, brother, and lifelong LEGO fan. Mark has built amassed and enabled his kids to have a big LEGO collection and continues to buy sets for his own kids. But more importantly, he’s the one who was there right from the beginning, back when we were just kids ourselves, playing with LEGO on the floor and building the foundations of what would one day become Redmond’s Forge. His induction is both personal and essential, a reminder that every Forge starts with family.
John Keyes
A legendary AFOL who played a crucial role when we were scouting Kilkenny City as a potential home for the Forge. John’s knowledge, passion, and friendship have helped shape the Forge’s path.
Keith Doyle
Another legendary AFOL whose house is living proof of LEGO’s magic. Keith has bought countless sets for his kids over the years, creating a home where LEGO spills into every room. His dedication is exactly what makes this hobby so powerful.
Andy Nolan
A long-time supporter, buyer, and AFOL legend. Andy has not only helped the Forge grow but continues to be part of our unfolding story. More news will be shared soon about Andy’s involvement, but for now, he stands proudly among the first inducted.
The Sellers Who Shaped the Forge
Declan Doyle
A repeat seller and trusted supplier. Declan has delivered us countless minifigures and bags of LEGO, always sorted, always ready to build. His generosity and reliability make him a cornerstone of the Forge’s supply.
James Starling
When James first sold us the Sanctum Sanctorum, we had no idea it would snowball into over 130 sets, all carefully sorted, bagged, and categorised. His collection included 13 modular buildings, one of the largest single hauls we’ve ever brought into the Forge. James isn’t just a seller, he’s a curator.
Lindsay Starling
Working alongside James, Lindsay has been equally instrumental in passing along their incredible collection. From modulars to rare sets, her role in sorting, bagging, and cataloguing makes her every bit as vital as James. Their contribution has given the Forge some of its most prized treasures.
A Wall That Tells Our Story
These 10 inductees are more than names and minifigs on a wall. They are the story of how Redmond’s Forge began: family foundations, legendary friendships, and the trades and sales that turned dreams into displays. Each tile on the Wall of Fame isn’t just recognition, it’s a brick in the story we are building together.
And this is only the beginning. Every week, new names will be added. Every supporter, seller, trader, buyer, or patron who wants to be remembered will find their place here. Over time, the Wall of Fame will grow into a living history of the Forge and the people who made it possible.
Be Part of the Wall
If LEGO has touched your life, whether through a collection, a build, a sale, or a shared story, you can be part of this too. The Wall of Fame is open to everyone who has contributed to Redmond’s Forge, and we’d love to hear your story.
👉 Reach out to us and tell us how LEGO has shaped your journey.
👉 Nominate yourself or someone you know who deserves to be celebrated.
Together, we’ll keep building this wall one minifigure at a time.
