🚀 Big Releases & New Availability & New Set Announcements
- June 2025 Set Wave: The beginning of June saw a massive rollout of new LEGO sets across various themes. Many of these sets became available on June 1st (or for Insiders members prior to that). This includes:
- LEGO Icons: Highly anticipated sets like the Sherlock Holmes: Book Nook (10351), The Simpsons: Krusty Burger (10352), and The Lord of the Rings: Balrog Book Nook (10367) are now widely available. Also hitting shelves is the Japanese Red Maple Bonsai Tree (10348) from the popular Botanicals collection.
- LEGO Fortnite: The collaboration with Fortnite continues with new sets like Peely & Sparkplug’s Camp (77075), Durrr Burger Restaurant (77076), and Klombo (77077).
- LEGO Disney: New Disney sets like Angel (43257) from Lilo & Stitch and the 101 Dalmatians Puppy (43269) are now out.
- LEGO Minecraft: Several new Minecraft sets, including The Warden Encounter (21274) and The Creeper (21276), have been released.
- LEGO Technic: Fans of realistic builds can get their hands on new Technic vehicles, including the 2 Fast 2 Furious Nissan Skyline GT-R (R34) Car (42210).
- LEGO NINJAGO: A fresh wave of NINJAGO sets, including The Guardian Dragon (71847) and Rogue’s Mech Dragon Rider (71843), are available.
- LEGO Star Wars: New Star Wars sets like Plo Koon’s Jedi Starfighter Microfighter (75400) and Darth Maul Mech (75411) have arrived.
- LEGO Bluey: New sets featuring the popular Bluey characters are now available, such as Bluey’s Family House (11203) and Playground Fun with Bluey and Chloe (11201).
- And many more across themes like LEGO City, Harry Potter, Jurassic World Rebirth, and Speed Champions!
🚀 Major Announcements:
- LEGO ONE PIECE Officially Revealed! On June 5th, The LEGO Group, in collaboration with Netflix and Tomorrow Studios, unveiled the highly anticipated full lineup of LEGO ONE PIECE products. These sets, including The Going Merry Pirate Ship (75639) and The Baratie Floating Restaurant (75640), will be available on August 1st, 2025, with pre-orders starting on June 5th. Two new BrickHeadz figures for Monkey D. Luffy and Buggy the Clown were also announced.
- 1. LEGO Icons NASA Artemis Space Launch System (10341) – Just announced and already rocketing up wish lists everywhere, this 3,601-piece tribute to the Artemis mission is part of LEGO’s continued collaboration with NASA. Expected to release in August, it’s the perfect blend of education and display power.
- LEGO Star Wars UCS TIE Interceptor (75382) – A modern remake of the 2000 classic, this 1,931-piece set drops in time for LEGO’s 25th anniversary of Star Wars. It includes exclusive minifigs and a stunning display stand. This is already sold out for pre-orders in some regions – and I can see why!
- New LEGO Games Announced at Summer Game Fest:
- On June 6th, LEGO Voyagers, a creative co-op adventure game, was announced, set to be available later this year on PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
- Also announced was LEGO Party!, a new multiplayer party game developed by SMG Studios.
- LEGO Fortnite Expands: On June 3rd, The LEGO Group and Epic Games announced significant updates coming to Unreal Editor for Fortnite (UEFN), including the most requested feature: brick-by-brick building and more customization options. The latest chapter of LEGO Fortnite is also shifting focus to superheroes and school.
- “She Built That” Campaign: The LEGO Group launched a new campaign on June 4th, “She Built That,” in collaboration with a “Global Girls Crew” and a reimagining of RUN DMC’s “It’s Like That” to celebrate girls’ creativity.
🚀 Other Noteworthy News:
- LEGO BrickLink Designer Program Series 5: Reviews for these crowdfunded sets are starting to emerge, with crowdfunding itself opening soon. Discussions are already happening about which sets will sell out first.
- Random Set/Minifig of the Day: Brickset continues its daily tradition, with the Formula 1 Racer (6604-1) from 1985 and cas283 Knights Kingdom II – Shadow Knight being featured recently.
- First LEGO Minecraft 2026 Rumors: Early rumors regarding 2026 LEGO Minecraft sets have begun to surface, suggesting a return to familiar themes.
- Early Discounts on June 1st Releases: Amazon UK has already started offering discounts on some of the newly released June LEGO sets.
- LEGO Ideas Item Recreation Set Vote: Time is running out to have your say on which item recreation will become a future LEGO Ideas set.
🧱 Community Highlights
Brickworld Chicago 2025 is gearing up!
With teaser posts flooding social media, AFOLs (Adult Fans of LEGO) are already packing their builds for what’s shaping up to be the biggest event since the pandemic. Expect record-breaking MOCs and global exhibitors.
MOC of the Week: Mini Modular Hogwarts
Reddit user @WizardBrick posted a fully modular Harry Potter castle scaled down to microfig size, complete with rotating staircases and tiny quidditch pitch. Already picked up by LEGO Ideas for voting.
💼 LEGO Business & Behind-the-Scenes
LEGO Group Reports Q1 Earnings
Revenue up 3%, driven largely by digital engagement and licensed themes like Marvel and Minecraft. CEO Niels Christiansen teased more interactive LEGO-Gaming crossovers to come.
BrickLink Storefront Updates Roll Out
A major update to seller tools and interface launched this week, streamlining inventory and shipping for both casual and power sellers. Early feedback: overwhelmingly positive.
