Some potentially exciting news, that Redmond’s Forge has nearly secured a new headquarters in the heart of Wicklow innovation in Rathnew.
After months of careful scouting, planning, and evaluating our growing operational needs, the team is proud to be moving to the final stages to sign for 83m² of office space. Nestled in the well-connected town of Rathnew, Co. Wicklow, this new location offers not only convenience and visibility, but the flexibility to scale as our projects evolve.
Why Rathnew?
Rathnew, just outside the vibrant coastal town of Wicklow, has been gaining momentum as a hub for creative and technical talent. Its proximity to Dublin via the M11 motorway, availability of modern office infrastructure, and local community support made it the ideal place for our next chapter.
We believe in building a culture that values craft, experimentation, and long-term impact; this space gives us the foundation to do just that.

What’s Next?
The office fit-out is already underway. Over the coming weeks, we’ll be bringing in the essentials: whiteboards, podcast equipment, LEGO models (obviously), Pokemon, and most importantly; people. Our space will support hot desking, gaming, tournaments, focused solo work, and intimate working sessions for collaborators and clients alike.
